Sports medicine wellness gym
TriStar Centennial Sports Medicine Wellness Gym offers employees and community members access to physical rehabilitation services, a heated therapy pool and CPR classes in addition to cardio equipment and free weights for a low monthly fee.
The TriStar Centennial Sports Medicine Wellness Gym is a full-service wellness center including cardio equipment, free weights and strength training equipment, a therapy pool and experts to assist you in your journey to getting healthy and staying fit!

An exercise physiologist and registered nurse provide health assessment and exercise prescriptions for a variety of different health challenges and limitations.
