Andie Hickman named vice president of operations at TriStar Skyline Medical Center

Hickman brings more than a decade of clinical and operational expertise to her new role.

TriStar Skyline Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is proud to welcome Andie Hickman as vice president of operations. A dynamic healthcare leader, Hickman brings more than a decade of clinical and operational expertise to her new role.

Hickman most recently served as director of rehabilitation services at TriStar Horizon Medical Center, where she also provided leadership for volunteer and chaplain services and served as co-ethics and compliance officer. Under her direction, the inpatient rehabilitation program underwent a three-bed expansion and gained recognition for quality, operational excellence and strong financial performance.

“Andie is a passionate and proven leader who brings both strategic insight and a deep commitment to patient care,” said Natalie Whitmer, chief operations officer at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. “Her experience, energy and collaborative spirit will be invaluable as we continue to grow and enhance our services for the communities we serve.”

Throughout her career, Hickman gained valuable experience across multiple HCA Healthcare facilities, including St. David’s Rehab Hospital in Austin, Texas, and TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. She holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise sports science from East Tennessee State University, a master’s degree in occupational therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch and a master’s in business and healthcare administration from Western Governors University.
