TriStar Horizon names Lauren Sligh as new CFO

TriStar Horizon Medical Center recently welcomed Lauren Sligh as the hospital’s new chief financial officer. Sligh will oversee financial operations for the 158-bed hospital.

“TriStar Horizon is proud to welcome Lauren to our hospital administrative team,” said Cindy Bergmeier, chief executive officer at TriStar Horizon. “Given the experience and financial knowledge she brings, Lauren is a great fit for our hospital and will be an asset as we continue to meet the growing needs of the communities we serve.”

With more than 10 years of operations and financial management experience with HCA Healthcare, Sligh most recently served as the division controller for HCA Healthcare Far West Division in Nevada. Prior to that role, she worked in various performance improvement roles for HCA Healthcare Far West Division and HCA Healthcare South Atlantic Division in South Carolina.

Sligh earned a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, a Master of Health Administration degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Master of Accountancy degree from Auburn University. Sligh, along with her husband and son, recently relocated to Dickson.
