The Rose Award

It takes a staff with an endless variety of gifts and talents to make a hospital run smoothly. The Rose Award is an opportunity to acknowledge those staff members who go the extra mile to take care of our patients.

Nominate a staff member

We are pleased to announce the implementation of our Allied Employee Recognition Program that will recognize full-time employees of TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center for their performance, dedication and diligence in carrying out their duties and in advancing the goals and mission of the hospital.

The ROSE Award, short for Recognition of Service Excellence, celebrates unsung heroes who work tirelessly to provide the best possible service. The ROSE employee recognition program will identify employees who serve as models to the community for professional achievement and reinforce TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center’s commitment to recognizing outstanding performance. The ROSE award will be given quarterly to a non-nursing health professional or ancillary support employee who exemplifies extraordinary service in the performance of their job.

Who can be nominated

Nominations for extraordinary performance can be made by patients, visitors, vendors, co-workers or a member of the leadership team. Selection criteria is based on more than an employee doing the essential functions of their job; it is going above and beyond the call of duty and being exemplary in their performance.

Our submission criteria

We welcome submissions that include a completed nomination form. All nominees must be a good standing employee of TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center of no less than one year and demonstrate exceptional ability in quality of work, proficiency, initiative and dependability. Each nominee should also exhibit a high degree of teamwork and positive attitude with knowledge and understanding of StoneCrest’s WE ARE mission and values.
