Admissions to our hospital

Patients who think they might be in labor should go directly to the Obstetrics Assessment Center. It is located on sixth floor of our hospital and is open 24/7.

Patients entering for tests and procedures must first come through registration. They can be reached at (615) 342-1575 Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm. They are located on the first floor of our hospital.

TriStar Centennial Women's Health & Imaging Center

If you need to schedule a mammogram or bone density testing, you can visit our Women's Health & Imaging Center. We are located in the medical park building on the TriStar Centennial Medical Center campus.

Complimentary parking is available on any level of the Murphy Avenue parking garage. Enter the medical park building directly from the parking garage and go to the second floor. Complimentary valet parking is also available at the main entrance of the Medical Park on 23rd Avenue.
