TriStar Horizon Medical Center names Wyatt Chocklett chief executive officer
Dickson, Tenn. — TriStar Horizon Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is pleased to announce Wyatt Chocklett as its new chief executive officer. A 14-year HCA Healthcare veteran, Chocklett previously served as chief operating officer at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina.
“I am thrilled to welcome Wyatt back to TriStar Horizon and the Dickson County community,” said Mitch Edgeworth, president of the HCA Healthcare TriStar Division. “With 15 years of healthcare experience, Wyatt is mission — driven to enhance healthcare services and quality of care to better serve our patients.”
Chocklett’s previous experience within HCA Healthcare includes serving in chief operating officer positions at Largo Medical Center in Largo, Florida; Doctors Hospital of Sarasota in Sarasota, Florida; and TriStar Horizon in Dickson. He began his career with HCA Healthcare in Nashville as an implementation specialist and management engineer.

Chocklett received a Master of Arts from Wake Forrest University School of Business in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, and a bachelor’s degree from Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina.
