TriStar Summit receives 2022 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award®

TriStar Summit Medical Center is proud to announce that it has been named a 2022 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award® recipient for outpatient oncology services by Press Ganey.

TriStar Summit Medical Center is proud to announce that it has been named a 2022 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award® recipient for outpatient oncology services by Press Ganey. The award places the hospital in the top five percent of healthcare providers in providing excellent patient experience over the last year.

“This award is a testament to the exceptional level of cancer care and treatment offered at our hospital, and it also recognizes the special connection that our cancer team has with patients who are going through a difficult diagnosis,” said Daphne David, chief executive officer at TriStar Summit Medical Center. “Our colleagues are committed to providing unparalleled care by treating patients and their families with compassion and empathy.”

This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the country’s top hospitals and health systems according to performance in patient experience. Press Ganey works with more than 41,000 healthcare facilities to reduce patient suffering and enhance caregiver resilience to improve the overall safety, quality and experience of care.
