TriStar Skyline earns 2025 Patient Safety Excellence Award from Healthgrades

TriStar Skyline Medical Center has been recognized with the 2025 Patient Safety Excellence Award from Healthgrades, placing it among the top 10% of hospitals nationwide for patient safety. This distinction reflects TriStar Skyline’s commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and its dedication to reducing preventable patient safety events.

This annual designation is based solely on patient outcomes and is reserved for hospitals that excel across multiple specialties.
