TriStar Summit Medical Center names Bri O'Neill Chief Nursing Officer

Nursing executive Bri O'Neill has been named Chief Nursing Officer at TriStar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tennessee.

TriStar Summit Medical Center is pleased to welcome Bri O’Neill as chief nursing officer (CNO).

Bri brings 22 years of healthcare experience to TriStar Summit, including 16 years of nursing experience. Bri has worked at HCA Healthcare since 2018, most recently as CNO at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, Tennessee. She has also served as division director of clinical operations for the HCA Healthcare TriStar Division and director of inpatient services at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center.

“Bri is a proven transformational nursing leader who puts the patient first in all cases. We are excited to have Bri lead our nurses across TriStar Summit’s facilities in Hermitage, Mt. Juliet and Lebanon,” said Daphne David, chief executive officer at TriStar Summit Medical Center.

Bri has a Master of Nursing Education from Georgia College & State University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from Appalachian State University.
