Biography
Dr. Fathi Ali graduated from Garyounis University in Benghazi, Libya with a bachelor in law degree and went on to earn a medical degree from Al-Arab Medical University in Libya. Later he completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Toronto in Canada.
