Benjamin P. Debelak, DO, received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a minor in chemistry from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, MI, and he received his medical degree in osteopathic medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA.
