TriStar Summit Medical Center received an “A” in the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for spring 2022, the fifth consecutive reporting period the hospital has earned the highest rating.

TriStar Summit Medical Center received an “A” in the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for spring 2022, the fifth consecutive reporting period the hospital has earned the highest rating. This national distinction recognizes TriStar Summit’s achievements in protecting patients from harm and error in the hospital.
