TriStar Southern Hills receives 'A' Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade
TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center received an "A" Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for spring 2022.
TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center received an “A” Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for spring. This marks the tenth consecutive period TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center has received an “A” Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade. This national distinction recognizes TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center’s achievements in protecting patients from preventable harm and error in the hospital.

The Leapfrog Group is an independent national watchdog organization committed to health care quality and safety. The Leapfrog Safety Grade uses as many as 27 measures of publicly available hospital safety data to assign an “A,” “B,” “C,” “D,” or “F” grade to all general hospitals across the country and is updated every six months. It is the only hospital ratings program based exclusively on hospitals’ prevention of medical errors and other harms to patients in their care.
