TriStar Skyline Medical Center received an 'A' Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for fall 2021.

TriStar Skyline Medical Center received an “A” Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for fall 2021. This national distinction recognizes TriStar Skyline’s achievements in protecting patients from errors, injuries, accidents, and infections.

“Our colleagues at TriStar Skyline put the safety of every individual patient at the forefront of all that they do,” stated Dustin Greene, CEO, TriStar Skyline Medical Center. “I am incredibly proud of TriStar Skyline’s continued dedication to patient safety and clinical excellence that allows our patients to receive high-quality care in the safest of environments.”

The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is the only hospital ratings program based exclusively on hospital prevention of medical errors and harms to patients. The grading system is peer-reviewed, fully transparent and free to the public.
