Tristar Centennial welcomes Reigen LeMelle-Tuggle as vice president of human resources

Nashville, Tenn. — TriStar Centennial Medical Center is pleased to welcome Reigen LeMelle-Tuggle as the hospital’s new vice president of human resources. LeMelle-Tuggle will oversee human resources operations at the 741-bed hospital with more than 3,000 colleagues.

“Reigen clearly understands the connection between colleague engagement, workplace satisfaction and how that impacts those who have direct impact on our patients,” says Tom Ozburn, president and chief executive officer at TriStar Centennial. “I am excited for her to join our team and bring her experience and enthusiasm to our TriStar Centennial family.”

LeMelle-Tuggle has been a part of the HCA Healthcare family for more than 16 years and has served in a variety of human resources roles throughout the enterprise. Most recently, she served as vice president of human resources at TriStar Skyline Medical Center and TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center.

LeMelle-Tuggle received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelors of Arts and Science from the University of Memphis.
