Get With The Guidelines - Stroke is a hospital program for improving stroke care by promoting consistent adherence to the most current clinical guidelines, minimizing the long-term effects of a stroke. Participating hospitals are recognized for consistently meeting performance measures and educating patients on managing their health after discharge.
