TriStar Skyline Medical Center has named Chad Cashion, RN, MBA, as chief nursing officer.
Cashion brings more than a decade of progressive leadership experience within HCA Healthcare. He most recently served as chief nursing officer at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, where he led nursing operations, patient experience, colleague engagement and retention. In that role, he also helped expand access to care through the opening of a freestanding emergency room, a 20-bed progressive care unit and a behavioral health pod.
“We are excited to welcome Chad to TriStar Skyline and to see the passion and energy he brings to our nursing teams,” said Lauren Dudley, chief executive officer of TriStar Skyline Medical Center. “He is a proven nursing leader with a strong commitment to colleagues and a clear focus on clinical excellence. His experience will help us continue strengthening care delivery, supporting our Level I trauma center.”
Cashion began his career as a registered nurse and has held several leadership roles across the TriStar Division, including associate chief nursing officer and administrative director of nursing operations at TriStar Summit Medical Center. He holds a Master of Business Administration in healthcare management and a Bachelor of Science in nursing, both from Western Governors University.
