About TriStar Century Farms ER
TriStar Century Farms ER is a 24/7, full-service emergency room (ER) staffed by board-certified emergency medicine physicians. We offer a wide array of sophisticated testing and imaging technologies, and are equipped to treat emergent conditions, both injuries and illnesses. Our freestanding location offers the same quality of care as our hospital-adjacent emergency rooms.
Emergency care in the Nashville Area
We provide emergency care for the Antioch, Cane Ridge, Lenox Village and South Nashville communities.
At our state-of-the-art facility, we can offer a variety of services depending on your needs, including treatments for time-sensitive and life-threatening conditions.
You will be treated with our efficient care model, which means shorter wait times than a traditional emergency room. If you need a higher level of care or hospital admittance, we will arrange seamless transportation and admission into another facility in TriStar's network of hospitals.
Recognizing heart attack and stroke symptoms
If you or a loved one is having a heart attack or stroke, it's crucial to seek medical attention immediately. Knowing how to recognize the symptoms will increase the likelihood that these conditions can be more easily identified and treated.
Chest pain is often an indicator of a heart attack. If you are experiencing chest pain of any kind, seek emergency medical treatment immediately. Heart attacks may also include any of the following symptoms:
- Cold sweat
- Difficulty breathing
- Unexplained anxiety
- Weakness or fatigue
A stroke can occur when a blood vessel carrying oxygen to the brain gets blocked or bursts. Symptoms of a stroke can occur suddenly and might include:
- Difficulty seeing in one or both eyes
- Intense headache
- Loss of balance or trouble walking
- Trouble understanding
- Weakness or numbness in the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
