Anesthesiology services
Anesthesiology is the medical specialty dedicated to relieving your pain and caring for you before, during and after surgery. Our anesthesiology team is staffed by certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs), with anesthesiologist collaboration.
Additionally, we offer various types of “anesthesia blocks,” which are used for procedures of the shoulders, arms, feet, ankles, knees and hips; they may also be used for major abdominal and pelvic procedures as well as fracture-related surgeries.
How to find our surgery center
The operating suites, the endoscopy suite and the post anesthesia care unit (PACU) are located on the first floor of the medical center.
Our hours
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:45am to 5:00pm. We also have a 24/7 team on call for emergencies.
What to expect when you arrive
The family waiting room is located on the first floor immediately adjacent to the surgical department. You may be admitted to the medical/surgical floors following surgery if your procedure is not a scheduled same-day procedure. If an operation is scheduled as an elective procedure, you should arrive at the medical center on the day of surgery to the Same Day Surgery department, which is also located on the first floor.
