Outpatient rehab services
Our team provides access to outpatient heart rehab care encompassing a wide range of services, including:
- Exercise therapy sessions three days each week for up to 12 weeks
- One hour of continuous telemetry electrocardiogram monitoring
- Blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation and blood glucose monitoring (if you have diabetes)
- Education sessions on various topics to help with risk factor modification
- Regular status reporting to your physician
We also offer later class times if you are medically cleared to work after receiving care.
